My Journey
I’ve been singing since I was a little girl. By the age of seven, I was already taking lessons, and as a teenager I performed with choirs in concerts across the world, including in the USA, Russia, and India.Yet even with years of experience, I often used my voice in strained, over-tense ways shaped by pressure and conditioning. It wasn’t until I became very ill and began exploring holistic voice work that I truly understood my voice—not just as sound, but as a connection to body, soul, and energy. By learning to breathe, release tension, and let my voice resonate, I discovered a deeper confidence and joy and it transformed how I lead groups, which I started in 2018. This is the essence I now bring into my teaching: the voice as an instrument of healing, creativity, and empowerment.
The Recipe for Singing
Learning to sing is like cooking: without a recipe or the right ingredients, it can feel overwhelming. This course gives you the recipe—the essential foundations of healthy singing. You’ll learn how to warm up, how to observe each element of your voice, which exercises to use, and how to become your own voice teacher.
It took me over 20 years to reach this understanding—you don’t need hundreds of lessons or years of trial and error. This course distills the essence of my journey into a complete, accessible guide. You will also receive a 40-page guidebook with all the exercises to support your learning.
